This is another one of the major characters in the story that focuses on Artemis, my fursona. Sophocles Moriarty, whom Artemis usually just refers to as 'Soph,' is the one who finds Artemis after his arrival in the past, and allows him to stay at his place during his time in the past. He's a graduate student working on getting his doctorate in biology, and soon after encountering Artemis, awakens his dormant psychic abilities. Specifically, Soph gains the power of technopathy, the ability to telepathically communicate with and command machines. While not a fighter like Artemis is, Sophocles is able to assist Artemis in other manners, such as identifying the weaknesses of the monsters sent back from the future that Artemis battles during their adventures, and eventually designing a weapon for Artemis to use against other adversaries...
