Is that an Erie Lackawanna crane I spy? Also I'm guessing this is HO scale; anyway, that's an amazing bridge, you have my jealously and my admiration.

the crane is a Tichey, 120 ton Brownhoist. Im sure your railroad used them...yes, its HO...masses more pics in my scraps. lots to see of this thing.

yupyup....I plan to have the major scenic features done shortly...after the wood trestles are done. the details...will take me the rest of my life Ill bet. but soon as the last trestles in place, all the trackage will be DONE.

HA, yeah, I realized in building my layout it never stops, always keep adding more here and there, wherever I can find a little room in my basement. The area is 1680 sq ft, the layout is 1580+ sq ft, I need a bigger house

screw the house....buy a medium industrial building and live in the office...then youd have room...

it was built with the feeling of the inland NW. so, ya...its patterned after bridges all over WA ID MT....

i've actually got the benchwork up and most of the track in for my On30. now which do i want more this month; the rest of the track to finish it, or a camera to take a picture of it with, or save up more and don't spend anything for another month, toward being able to go crazy at railfaire in novermber, or try to get my 3d printer fixed to make more detail parts and furry passengers? haven't found a source locally for that blue foam either, all i can find is that white bubble foam that makes a mess. it works though.
