Seriously, though, I don't care what you think about this one, because it looks great. You've always had a mastery of the entire canvas and you know how to fascinate, draw in, and lead the eye around it. Not to mention the colors on this are better than anything I could ever attempt to do. So good job again.

I quite like it. I don't know that I see a lot of abstraction in mos people's work. I think it looks great.

I like that gauzy/smoky/whispish texture you've got in the background there-especially how you carry though the shading of the figure itself-the angle is really nice too.

That being said-if you've lost your abilities and are running on dregs, i'm rather befuddled as to what your all out skills must be, because whether you agree or not, this is a mind-blowing piece.

But here's something that might help. It's only ever about "how am I going to do this drawing" not about "drawing" in general. My experience with artist's block is that it's entirely possible to keep working despite it. So long as it's only about "this drawing", "this painting", "this line", it's not some global life problem. :3
