Oh wow. This is epically awesome. Gorgeous work on each of the pony girls and Spike. The colors and lighting of the scene is gorgeous and really brings them out into perspective. I like how you have Spike leading the charge XD. Fluttershy looks a little bad ass with her medical tools. Even a little Angel ready to blow stuff up.
*whistle* Not bad! Their poses and anatomy are successful, it's detailled, colors are pretty and I like the light and shadow effects. ^^
Well, after the characters are a little too close to them and I would have liked the face Rarity a little more turned towards us. (I like the face of Applejack in your style)
