A story that was created to describe the history of my OC, Alythia Aurora, within a universal wide foretold legend that was spread around galaxies to the great beyond.

Alythia Aurora, formally known as princess Starlight, has been having haunting dreams of her past and never understood why it happened or what it meant when voices ran in her mind about a great legend. She then seeks out answers with the help of her mate, Lunaris, whom is the last of his northern moon dragon kind and their loyal guardians: a wyvern drake named Valkyrie and a eastern moon drake named Drago. However, not far from getting her questions answered, a great evil is out to stop her for it was her own destiny to prevent the foretold legend from coming true. Though it was too late. Alythia had already succeeded in her destiny of linking both the sea and the sky of stars together to create a new kind. Zelfinae still plans to make her destiny come true to rule over the whole universe by killing Alythia, while she seeks out who and why did they cause the catastrophe in her past that has been haunting her dreams.

-Chapter 15-

Zelfinae finally managed to complete her tests and found the right way for her deadly elixir to work upon the chosen one. Dawn began to slowly break upon the horizon to bring on the new morning of the next day. She had been working for more than eight hours without a touch of sleep, but she soon figured that now was the time to do so. Before she settled down in her lair, she had called out to the dark dragon lords. " My work is done and the elixir is made. " she said to them. " Now I shall rest for I have been working many endless nights and days with this without sleep. " Valazir responded in a low tone. " Rest While You Can, But I Believe That the Chosen One Is On The Move. " Zelfinae raised a brow. " In what terms do you mean by that? " she asked sternly and cranky, curled up on the ground. The dark dragon lord grumbled at her and responded again. " I Mean That I Sense A Growth In Power. But Not Entirely Sure About It. " Irritation and fatigue lingered in the black dragoness' eyes. " Hmm…I'll deal with the matter when the time is right. " she said. " The night of the falling stars will rise again and that shall be the time to move. "

Back at the Dragonglade kingdom, Alythia spent no time to waste and got up immediately once the sun lightly peaked over the horizon. She had rushed out to the back of the castle grounds where an arena stood. But she was stopped by Arazel at the door. " Halt, you can't go in there. " he said. He was a tall, yet an average looking tan equine male. But he was quite strong. " You have no business to wander around here. " Alythia crossed her arms. " I believe you are forgetting that I am the granddaughter of the queen and empress of my own empire in this world. " she replied. " Kaux or Dekir ever tell an idiotic trainee such as you, did they? " Shocked, Arazel stood tall before leaning forward to bow before her. " M-my apologies, m'lady. " he said. " But what business do you hold for coming here though? " She kept her arms crossed. " Such business that only I should know and for a trainee shouldn't. " Her eyes narrowed. " Now I expect you to open the door. Otherwise I will command your leaders, Kaux or Dekir to redeem you from being a guard in training. " The equine stood himself upright and quickly undid the lock to the door to allow her entry. " Yes, m'lady. Go on ahead. " he said and watched her walk inside before closing the door behind her.

Once inside, she was met with a large open room with many guards standing about with either weapons or not in their hands. Many noticed her and gave their respectful bows while others tilted their heads in question. " Who's she and why is she here? " asked one guard to another. " That's Alythia. " whispered another guard in response. " She's the emperor's wife and as I believe from what I overhead before that someone threatened to kill her. " Some of the guards gasped quietly with fear. " But I don't have a clue why is she here. " Alythia looked around among the group trying to search out for the one she needed to speak with whom was a very close friend to both Kaux and Dekir. It wasn't long to find him until she felt a claw upon her shoulder along with a slightly serious tone. " You must be empress Alythia. " he said. " Didn't expect to see you here. " She turned around to come face to face to a large golden-tan naga with a hooded neck like a cobra. Her head nodded. " I need to speak with you privately about something personal, Telaus. " she whispered. " Unless the royals spread the word to you already. " The naga shook his head. " They have not. Come, I'll listen to your wishes as we walk. "

She explained to him fully about her situation. " Hmm…I see. " he said. " So you came here to train and get stronger to defeat this…Zelfinae character. " The empress nodded. " I trained with a sword before with a mentor back in Vernexia, " she said. " But I want to take it a step further. " Telaus turned to her with a questioned expression. “ What do you mean? “ he asked as they stood together in a hallway that had windows looking out to the arena. Alythia looked up to him before turning her gaze to the arena where there were two guards in combat. " I want to use duel swords. " she said. " Teach me how to use them. " The naga looked at her sternly. " But the skills for using the duel swords are for the advanced and experienced. " he replied. " It may be difficult for you. " Alythia didn't look persuaded by his words to turn down her own request. " You're misjudging a royal before she could even try. " she responded back. " Besides, I need to do this and I told you why. This is a fight that only I should take on myself. " Telaus sighed and placed his claw on her shoulder. " Very well. I will train you the ways of the dual swords. "
