Did they ever actually say that in Digimon?

I know they had the Mega LEVEL, but it was apparently "ultimate" in Japanese (Or maybe that was just Savers.) but they referred to it as "Warp-digivolving" in the dub.

Generally, it's called Matrix Evolution or Super Evolution, but in Digimon Adventure 02 Paildramon shouts "MEGA DIGIVOLVE TO..!" when he Digivolves to mega. So. Yeah, it is mentioned. b=

Well you have to take into account that this is the Japanese name. It will probably change once over here. One rumored name is awakened (name here). We will just have to wait till they have the trailer and the website update.

IMO, these are going to be interchangable formes like with shaymin, giratina, deoxys, ect. If that's the case, then I'm pretty happy with it. If not, then I'm pretty happy with it!

I'm not entirely convinced these will be a good idea, design-wise (they look unnecesarilly frilly), but I guess I'll have to wait.

When even a fan of magical girls and especially Sailor Moon thinks it's too frilly, then it follows that something must've actually gone wrong... anyway, being serious, Mawile's type-change and form make me happy for some reason; maybe now it'll get nice stats to go with its peculiar and rather unique design.
