DARKNESS. This way comes...
I had the pleasure to visit drakonicknight for a weekend (wish it was longer) where we managed to finish this beauty up. She had her underway and while she worked on finishing the head I helped with the smaller, more annoying parts of the project. Such as hands, feet, tails, sewing the small stuff by hand... etc. I learned a lot and gained a new found respect for the whole suit making process.
Tbh, I can be a bit impatient when it comes to getting a new suit. Well.. QUITE impatient actually... but now that DK took me under her wing and showed me the various steps and processes, I can see where making a suit as a one man team would put quite the strain on a person. We stayed up til 2 AM most nights and on Saturday till 4 am. That's crazy for me, since I go to bed around 10 or 11 (on weekend nights when I don't work).
