This was led up to a National Guard unit the 13th 'Parrot' Regiment. These groups were decided to keep peace for it consisted of more Petarian units and Histo-Acrolians to keep peace from their own.
I liked this piece a lot, it was to bad it couldnt get in an artshow for Vietnam Veterans. (it was based off an old picture from the Vietnam war of soldiers walking along a road)
