The thing is, I didn't have to room for a full background. While she was a slave for basically her entire memory, it wasn't a bad existence. She was well treated due to it being a very wealthy owner. He really only owned 13 slaves as a sign of his wealth. So she got a lot of time to herself to read and actually educate herself.

Still, she ended up running away due to... Unforeseen circumstances (Sorry, spoilers N' such). She now lives with Bell and his mother, and could not be happier than where she it =P

Still...it makes me want to hug her.

Even a well-kept slave still means she was branded and well..stuff.

I just want to hug her and cuddle her forever ;a;

Unless she got to know you first, that whole hugging thing would not go over well.
