Harley FTW!! Dude, just on that alone this deserves a fave. My dad used to have three 60's Harleys, and i would ride one every time I had the chance to visit. But that *and* a Squirrel Guirrel gets an Uber fave!! Plus she's in leather and jeans, instant fave for all three. Wootness!

I just can't get interested in today's Harleys. They are really about image and the image is that of a weekend warrior dentist.

That Tim Allen movie WILD HOGS really does fit the stereotype and it's not far from the truth these days.

I agree. Harley-Davidson used to be a unique motorcycle company that focused more on the relaxed, dirt-road feel, rather than a 'how fast can I go, and how cool can I look?' feel. I miss those bikes (and an old-style Harley is the only one worthy of being called a 'bike', everything else is just a motorcycle.) I'm really hoping I can get one of those, some day. I would like nothing more than to just take a black. old-style Harley like my dad used to have, and go off down a country road somewhere, just me and my bike, and nothing else.

I never saw Wild Hogs, and I'm glad I haven't. Old Harleys deserve a better showing than that. Much better.

That's what my dad has/had - a '77 Harley Superglide. Mom got him a new one this year for their aniversary, but I can't remember what it is, for the life of me. I keep telling him to give me the old one. xD
