Legend of Korra fanfiction? It looks great!

Gods, no, not Korra related at all. Especially given that lightning isn't fire related, it's ionized air particles (my own issue with the show).
If anything it's closer to D&D fan-fiction, with a monk/druid.

Well ... actually if you want to get reeeeeally technical, air ionization is having an extra free-floating radical or electron, or having hydronium ions in the air. It is an exchange or mash-up of chemicals and junk in a massive formation like lightning or in a more..cloud-like form, fire. But I know what you meant.
I don't know much about D&D... but may look deeper if it's anything like MtG. :)
