Vivian needed a break from her long, boring, frustrating day. Luckily, it wasn't a far walk from her office to the little lounge where the employees could sit down, grab a drink, and relax for a while. Working for a major research facility seemed like it was rewarding enough, but there were just some days when all Vivian wanted to do was just stay in bed or spend some time away from all of her experiments and deadlines. The little breaks she took during the day served to at least provide some temporary relief for the usual day-to-day grind that she had fallen into. Interestingly enough, it would be that same routine that she would wish for not long from now.
It was almost time to head back to her office, and the refreshed raccoon tossed her soda can into the recycling bin, ready to at least try to get back into her stride. Suddenly, a co-worker of her's came running down the hall before peeking into the lounge. "Viv...we gotta go, now!" He panted, obviously having ran for a good distance. Vivian was still a little bewildered, and it wasn't until the fire alarm had been tripped that she figured she had better move. It wasn't often that people ran around the halls telling people to leave, so maybe there was really something wrong. Finally getting her mind on track, Vivian made her way to the exit.
Before she could step through the doorway, she saw a huge shadow growing down the hall, like something big was approaching. A horrible odor began to fill the room, and a disturbing squishing and gurgling sound could be heard getting louder and louder. Whatever was causing all of this was almost right on top of her. She soon found out what the cause was as a thick, putrid-colored mass poured through the hall and into the doorway of the lounge. Vivian couldn't even begin to fathom what she was looking at. The smell grew worse and worse as the giant, green glob oozed further inside. The poor raccoon couldn't help but give a gag of disgust at the smells and sounds the colossal ball of goo was making. Her fear was immediately replaced by shock and horror when she began to see what looked like co-workers, friends, and a few others she didn't know stuck inside the thing. Some who hadn't been completely engulfed yet were crying out, while others' cries were muffled and silenced by the thick substance. Others still were motionless in the mass of the slime, seemingly already having been smothered to death. This was awful...just awful.
Realizing that she would probably get away from the monstrosity, Vivian did just that and began running for a small window in the corner of the lounge. She looked behind her to see the giant blob filling the room, pouring itself through the door. The squishing and glorping sounds, coupled with the screams and moans of those who were trapped inside made the already frightened raccoon a nervous wreck. She fumbled with the lock on the window, trying her best to get the latch open so she could make her escape. Fortunately, the lounge was on the ground floor, so she wouldn't have far to fall. The more she tried, the more her paws shook and stumbled with the latch. It seemed her best wasn't good enough this time. The sounds of the horrid blob got louder, and the stench got stronger. Curiosity soon got the better of Vivian and she turned to see just where the mass of goo now was.
The last thing she saw was the nasty-hued ooze rolling up to her, immediately pressing her body to the wall. From there, the thick, semi-solid sludge packed her tightly, making sure she was thoroughly buried deep within its mass. Everything went dark and breathing was next to impossible. If Vivian was lucky enough to find an air pocket, she was forced to breathe in the rank stench of the blob that surrounded her. She never stood a chance against the smelly girth of whatever that thing was. In seconds, she was just another victim ready to be added to the mass of the giant blob that was now terrorizing the research facility. Was this an experiment gone wrong? Was it supposed to be something else altogether? Those were questions that Vivian would never get the answers to.

Thank you very much! Yes, I like to make sure my blobs look very much alive. If it's moving, it would just be one flat surface moving in unison. I try to think of how that much slime would really move, get stuck to the walls, all that stuff. Glad to hear I accomplished that!
Oh bro this is so very, very impressive on so many levels.
You've got the face-bulges in the blob itself showing off the horrific nature of the creature. I'm particularly fond of the top most absorbed person. The protruding muzzle is so well drawn bro! Despite only a fraction of this person's features being on show I can tell how emotive they are!
Then you've got the female scientist and I can happily say that she is one of your best well-drawn characters. You've progressed so far and improved so dramatically it's really nice to see.
The story of course adds a great bit of depth and narrative that binds - ironically - the whole piece together! Fantastic work all around!

Thank you so much for all the kind words, bro! You know how I am about bulges in pics like this. ^^ I could have easily just made one big ball of goo and called it a monster, but I wanted to add a much bigger element of fear. Seeing some already doomed victims always helps to show off what a creature can do. Also, thank you for addressing my female scientist, bro! I knew she probably wouldn't be the main focus of a vore piece, but to know that she still got attention makes me smile! I'm sure she'd find it flattering if she were still around! =D Once again, thank you kindly for your compliments and analysis, bro! I always appreciate it!
