This is my new Halloween character I made IDK wtf he even is but I seriously love him
He was supposed to be serious and stuff but then I decided that his name should be Spoopy and everything went downhill from there
His first concept was a lot different and he used to be called Crowley
Here's a little bit about him

Spoopy is supposed to collect souls for hell, kind of like a hell hound, but he is really bad at it because he's ultra chill and dumb and friendly and he's the size of a jack russell. The two souls he did manage to collect are ultra chill and like yooo and they follow him around everywhere like his home skillets. His eyes glow in the dark and he has no paw pads and his tongue is forked and he has bat ears like ultra swaggy hearing he's really chill and awesome and I love him.
