Walking the quiet streets of his ninja village on a lukewarm morning, Leo was lost in his own thoughts. He thought about his friends that lived close to him; the ones that went to school with him; and the friends he'd often encounter from far away villages. For some reason, he began remembering their kind words to him whenever he helped them out in times of need. And then he began remembering the kinds words they would impart on him whenever he felt unsure of what he did or unconfident of who he was.
"This village cares about you because you've always cared about us, Leo."
"You are what makes me smile everyday."
"I'm happy you're my friend."
"I love you... Leo..."
He held his hand-paw up to his chest as he inhaled a heartfelt breath and closed his eyes as he paused mid-step. Sometimes he'd wonder if he was ever worth anything for what has ever done; he'd wonder if he would ever be stronger than what he is now. Being a ninja was certainly no walk in the park. But somehow those thoughts of everyone who loved him - friends, family, his village, and even his crush - swelled his heart up with pride. The warm, positive thoughts made Leo smile softly as he continued his step in his weekly stroll knowing full well that it's the thoughts of everyone he loves - and who loves him back - that keeps him going.

Very well done with the lines and the soft edges she applied to them. They almost look blurred making the lines not as in-your-face; that style looks pretty cool. What I especially love is that she drew thicker, darker lines for the overall shapes around him and drew thinner, lighter lines for the details on both his articles of clothing and facial features. The overall softness of the picture conveys a rather soft, gentle mood much like the title she initially gave it.
Great job on the choice of posture; it's natural, and it flows smoothly (much like the lines). Nice attention to detail on the tufts of fur on his elbows as well as the neck fur. Awesome work keeping the overall anime-inspired hairstyle intact whilst blending in her own artistic twist to it. Leo's expression looks very kind, heartfelt, and sincere; these feelings are amplified with his hand over his chest. And I really like how she made one of his ninja sandals bend as he's walking; she's very detail-oriented.
