This question arises...how does he sit down in a car?

I've seen descriptions in stories that deal with this where the seat back would fold all the way back, and there would be enough room behind the seat where the driver would basically lay flat on his lower stomach and use his forepaws for operating the pedals.

Presumably, in a world where taurs exist, car companies would design their vehicles with taurs in mind as potential drivers. :P

Well, we can pretend they figured it out. Also, due to proportions, taur legs aren't quite as long as legs on a biped. ;)
