I put this into scraps, because it's not furry art, which most people wanna see :P

Maximillian is a silent killer in Disney's first PG-rated sci-fi adventure "The Black Hole". Been a fan of the movie ever since a kid, and when I heard that a remake is under way, I thought I'd do some re-design on Maximillian. As you can see, I've kept his arms pretty much traditional. The major differences are that his pauldrons, as well as all his arm joints are the ball-and-socket type, which makes him more maneuverable. He can also move his legs, while the original had pretty much peg legs on him. Plus his head is more sharper and dynamic while the original was more like a cut cone -shape.

Of course, this is the first version of him. If you have ideas or suggestions on making his arms more different or radical from the original design, feel free to share your ideas.
