Because it's just true. I never got why people have to react extremely like this all the time. I also watch nature photographers and I have arachnophobia for example. Every now and then they upload photos of spiders. Big deal. I just don't watch those pictures if I can't stand them and wait for other new pictures. No need for drama. If anyone feels like unwatching just because of something an artist shows his watchers and (s)he does it just because it is something (s)he particularly doesn't like that just means the dislike overshadows any former admiration for the artist. Therefore not a big loss for the artist, so it's nothing he or she should worry about.
