It's a Janome Memory Craft model 6300, with about sixty different types of stitches, eleven different presser feet for performing these stitches or for working with different materials, an instruction guide on the back for each stitch, needle adjustment in increments of .1 to either side, adjustable tension and pressure, a bobbin winder, microtech needles for working with thin, 'woojie' fabrics, a wedge for working with particularly thick materials that the needle can't necessarily stitch over, a screwdriver for opening and closing the area beneath the presser foot, and a cleaning kit to keep the machine running smoothly.

...I still need a bit of help with some of the technical aspects and learning the ropes of taking proper care of a machine like this. I have an instruction manual, but if anyone is familiar with using a sewing machine, particularly one of this model, any advice you have to offer regarding its use and maintenance would be greatly appreciated.
