The Western Lands and Syra are under draconic rule. Syra is a cult that worships the goddess so'Unla and thus have been kicked out of the Western Lands. I only placed the capital of the West because their entire country is hidden under the mountains and nobody is certain of the exact locations of the cities.

Ufre is not part of the desert, though it's not coloured in. The area is run by religions figures and claims no nationality. After the first war, daemons decided to put their religious center there knowing it would buffer from attacks as dragons will not fight near religious relics.

Misgard is larger than what is seen but it's frozen wasteland.
