I had meant to have this out last week, but the unforeseen difficulty of having my laptop's screen get taken out of commission put a monkey wrench in that. Ah well, better late than never. ^^; Enjoying the festivities, we've got Easel dressed up as Gokai Red sans helmet from Pirate Sentai Gokaiger, and Nene is looking adorable as Mimi Tachikawa from Digimon Adventure.
Can't take credit for the background (which I found here: http://afkrobot.deviantart.com/art/Nightmare-Night-335338848), but I did draw everything else. ^_^ I'm just happy I managed to get a Halloween/Nightmare Night pic out at all this yeah. ^^;

Short version, Easel's outfit is that of Gokai Red, the leader of the Pirate Sentai Gokaiger. They're the 35th anniversary team for the series that we get Power Rangers from here in the states, and what's going to be the suits for Super Megaforce next year. Their theme obviously is pirates, and the key that he has in his hoof is their primary means of transforming. They can change into their own costumes with them, as well as using different keys to change into past rangers as well. They also let them use their finishing attacks for their weapons and when activating their mecha, too! It's really fun, and gives you a bit of a crash course in the past shows as well. I stream these shows sometimes on my livestream page, as well as old anime and cartoons and whatever else when I'm not drawing. Ya ought to come by sometime, we usually have a lot of fun with it! =3
