After about 200 hours of work and experimentation, maybe $500, and many many test fits later, here we are. 1.5 lbs of brass, metal, stainless steel, and leather. I finished this about four years ago and they have been sitting on a shelf since, I never made the head band to go along with this, though I have the drawings made. Really, I just need to find the motivation to finish.
The glass is notch filter laser glass, so I can't see any red leds or lasers while wearing them. So, aside from the tunnel vision these give you, you can't wear them while driving because YOU CAN'T SEE STOP LIGHTS. It was fun to wear them while my friend drove at night because I couldn't see break lights or anything.
