Single stall public washrooms are a plus or just got to hold it till you get home. Sitting down also is a must!

Not so much tailor but a t - shirt with the collar ripped off to accommodate the two necks and a plus sized skirt

Well at the moment I imagine that they have to go without a bra and then just half ta deal with a empty cup or stuff it to the proper size to make things a little more symmetrical
