I think I know it as "Wonder 3"? I remember the theme song, my friend showed me a clip of it a loooong, long time ago (before the internet became what it is now!) xD
I'm sorry you can't find the English dub of it! I bet it is hard to find, if it weren't for my friend, I never would have known that show existed! But I loved the characters and the animation of it. I hope it's someday released on DVD!
