It's not as simple as drama, it is something very serious that should raise concerns (aka a rapist was put in a position of power/can see your notes/personal conversations) and there have been a ton of site-wide issues for a LONG TIME mostly from terrible moderation and staff
It's definitely not something to pretend not to see, it is a serious issue that involves many people being hurt (actually hurt, physically and mentally injured).
I am fine with neutrality, but if you are neutral about someone raping someone, getting away with it, and then being placed in a position of power, then you are probably more on the side of the rapist than anything at this point.

No, it is very serious, and many people are trying to waive it off as drama so they can pretend their website and community is a safe one when in fact it is a bomb waiting to explode.
I would never want to be in a place where someone could rape me, and get away with it, and then be put in a position of power. I wouldn't want that on anyone. I want rapists to face justice, and this guy is getting patted on the back....

I agree that any rapist should face full judgement, but the problem is there is no real evidence. Internet notes are not evidence. There is no police report, there is no court case, there is no hard evidence. Only he-said, she-said. I certainly agree that the administration here is pretty messed up, but this seems to be a bit much.
