They are twins, and Luinlhug Gaerlhug, son and daughter of Glaurung. I wanted to stage, even though I have no idea 100% of their design. I really see as the two companions of the wicked in the little mermaid. the kind who enjoys and which can not be trusted. and above, which dominates a group of elves who thought they could enter through a secret passage from Angband, during a war.
