Well, points for Hector for knowing when to call himself out. Most people do not know when to do this.
Me thinks though that this is not the solution our standing medico had in mind.... and there will be words...
"... I could strip paint with half of this"... I suspect Doc Naoichi has sorely underestimated the potency of Hector's stash... more like 80%... not counting the 10% that will also dissolve whatever the paint was on in the first place!
