Can't say I agree... seems to be a very smooth manipulator, but so far the manipulations seem to be for the good of those manipulated and far more open than sneaky actions. Time will be the tell to confirm the initial impressions as true of false.
Mind you, a healer with no sense of taste (and likely therefore, little or no sense of smell) and an attitude like Dr Naoichi has shown so far would be expected have an interesting story to tell.
And after all, how can you dislike someone who brings 'Wolfbane Approved' doughnuts?
