Farewell Pinky PART 3

==========================
Part three is here and we finally have Violet and Pinky together alone. I'll just be these two for most of the rest of the comic so I sure hope you like these two. haha
After throwing on a jacket and grabbing her shoulder-bag Violet runs outside, practically just minutes before Pinky is to be hauled off, good timing. Mr. Brooks was just being handed his blood-money (or oil-money in Pinky's case) from Hank at the moment Violet interrupted them.
Cleaver Ms. Brooks, having been a house-wife all of her adult life knows a thing or two about men and food. With not too much effort she plays to Hank's inner gluten and delays Pinky's leaving, also allowing Violet some alone time. Seriously though, would you even have to be a fatty to be tempted by hot coffee and a slice of home-made apple-pie on a cold day? : 3
Now it'll be an incredibly proud moment for me if the emotions in this part of the comic were correctly conveyed by my meager drawings. But let me know if they were, but just in case they weren't here's my best explanation.
Violet is being a complete noob at car talking, who can blame her, she doesn't even remember ever doing it and as a result seems to think it's more complicated then it really is. Pinky is the one here with the complex emotions at the moment.
Firstly I don't want anyone thinking Pinky is being mean here, she really isn't, if anything she's more a victim then anything else. Also, no she's not shunning attention from Violet out of anger. Secondly, remember, this is the first time Violet's talked to Pinky in YEARS.. not to mention she was a little girl last time she talked to her. Plus, after being in a state like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12641215/ Can you really blame her for acting like she is now?
Pinky is merely afraid, afraid to become invested in the situation. She knows Violet can't hear or see her anyway so what's the use? Also she's had the Camaro bullying her for so long, she's become a beaten dog.. she figures it's better to not say anything.. so she won't get hurt anymore. :'( She thinks 'I shouldn't get my hopes up, I'll probably just end up heart-broken...again.' Plus also remember, all this time she's been totally ashamed of herself for braking down. So in her eyes she's a failure to Violet.
*hands you some razer-blades to cut yourself with* 9.9
==Extra Details==
This is really where I started to draw Violet a little different looking then before and really finalized her design. You'll notice her hair being a lot more rounded and poofy, as well as her face being more rounded. I'm really happy with how she ended up looking the more I drew her. X3
The way Violet tries talking to Pinky, in the kinda confused way where she's not sure if she's crazy or if anyone is really there is based on the feelings and manner in which I used to talk to Lilly. Back in the days where I wasn't as sure of myself.. and the lack of a response from her used to deeply irritate me.
For those who haven't ever been around towed cars, you might be wondering about the things Pinky's hood. Those are tow-lights http://www.texastowingcompliance.co.....on_vehicle.jpg , little lights on suction cups with wires leading back up to the tow-truck. They're break-lights, since the towed car is in the way of the truck's actual break-lights. It's the same thing as people do with trailers and the like. Pinky is also propped up on dolly-wheels http://www.cartuningcentral.com/wp-.....02/car-tow.jpg which are used when the towed vehicles tires are in bad condition or otherwise shouldn't be ran on. Pinky's tires are obviously decayed and probably low on air.

Mr. Brooks doesn't seem to be amused by his daughter's behavior in the slightest. But at least he's benevolent enough to play along when her wife does her apple pie cover maneuver. The story might have been a lot shorter and a lot more bitter otherwise.
Poor Pinky, having lived with guilt she had constructed herself for so long. It's probably tearing her apart (what's left of her anyway) to shun Violet like she does :(
Oil-money, huh? Not bad.

Either Mr. Brooks really loves his wife, or he knows the kind of hell he'll pay if he DOESN'T do what she wants him to! XD True true, in reality he did it because I the creator foretold it. >: D My little peons have no control over their lives.
Hmm, do you think Pinky's guilt has any basis in reality, or is it totally constructed by her own shame? : 0
Heh.. yeah I liked the phrase. XD
