Something i call "food moshi".
Thinking about moshi is often very sweet but this is fried
and eaten a lot of in the japanese new year~
These are some if the moshi the store had left from this
New year.

Took some with me to sweden so my "japanese mom"
cud learn me how to make them.
- before frying are they rock hard so i was really confused

Kinda looks like fish ~ but it's made of rice
