I love doing traditional artwork. Yes, I can do digital, and I've got the Wacom to do it, but I'm most comfortable with traditional. It's also fun to stream on Tigerdile. There's just something about traditional that feels more 'real' and organic than digital to me. But Digital also has great tools and effects available, so there's pros and cons to both.
Anyways,
nullref requested a welding roo pic on a Tigerdile stream and I certainly don't mind doing that. I like welding and do a bunch of it in my garage for fun. I hope to be doing that this afternoon after work, in fact.
Anyways,

I do have a gas setup in the garage, though admittedly I haven't struck a flint in probably two decades. I got this setup used mostly for being able to cut steel. The bottles are full and it's ready if I should need it.
I'm a MIG person, and I prefer to do my work with my Hobart. I call it my Hot Metal Glue Gun.
