Four hours into the project and this is what I have so far. Not bad. Each time I build a head I try some new ideas. You learn from success and failure. I've already learned some things I might try on the *NEXT* head. :)

I made the ring fit snug around my head first without the foam, then added the foam weather stripping in and expanded the ring to fit, then finally fixed it in place.
This will accomodate a larger head size than mine as a result or a smaller head like mine with the padding.

Every project should be different. Try something new, learn from each one, improve the design.
