Well this took a twist I didn't see. I didn't think Xin was a bitch but....I guess he is now. I knew he was a bit sassy in the beginning of the comic but it was just fun teasing. Hope it all turns out ok, really want to see Jordan and Shawn get together. Would be amazing!!!

You know , even though you said he wasn't one at first , I think it kinda suits Xin being an asshole. Or maybe it's just that you portray it so well.

With Xin I think I like the idea of a good person with a bad mouth. Someone who just doesn't think before they speak and never realizes when they went to far but a loyal friend who deeply cares about those close to him.

That is what I thought you were going for and that is a much better character then a classic popular kid suffering from bitch syndrome. There's still time! Please go with the more complex character. The idea still fits perfectly with the rest of the story

doubt you can read it very well at this size but there actually is a lot of character development here. It's just hard to explain and I've kinda given up on making this comic completely canon.

I know you're changing Xin as you go, but this is not the behavior of a friend. This is the behavior of the bitchy popular chick who schemes ways to fuck with someone's day. Why would Shawn hang around him? Why would he accept the blind date in the first place when this makes it seem like Xin has a history of doing horrible things to him as Shawn doesn't appear surprised by this? Sorry for the rant but as it appears you really care about character, none of this makes sense. Xin shows moments where he seems to care about Shawn, he appears to want him to go to the party, but this page makes it look like he wants Shawn to go to the party to humiliate him. Also, your comic art is improving. Sorry again for the rant.
