A little over three hours manipulation with an antique copy of Paint Shop Pro (for Windows 3.11) and a jittery hand on the mouse, manipulating/heavily editing from the original.
My local scout district theme for spring camporee is "Service to Camp". Those organizing the event wanted our mascot in a hard hat and safety vest. Very simply color scheme as this will be jammed into the middle of a 3 inch (4.5cm) embroidered patch.
