If you hadn't caught this character when I was doing prework on A&H club, here's her character sheet now. There's a few things that are incorrect--I think the proper way of writing the surname is with a lowercase "van der", and I'm not actually certain she's a landlord per se (more of a building manager? Or something) but in any case, here she is
Category Artwork (Digital) / General Furry Art
Species Marsupial (Other)

Also, oftentimes, if it's small enough, the landlord will live onsite, and they have to call for all of the repairs, etc. but otherwise, like in my case, we have Building managers for a company of several apartments that live on-site, but we have no idea where the actual landlords are.
Dutchie to the rescue!
Capitalisation rules for surnames with the word van in them:
When the full name is written a lowercase letter is used:
Olivia van der Sar
Or when initials are used:
O. van der Sar
When neither are used a capital letter is used on the first 'tussenvoegsel' (inbetween bit):
Mrs. Van der Sar
Miss Van der Sar
However if she is Belgian capitalisation of the first inbetween is always used:
Olivia Van der Sar
Of course, this only goes for Dutch capitalisation rules. If she's not dutch then really anything goes.
Anyway, really enjoying the new comic Rick, keep it up!

This is the superpower he gets in exchange for having to compute with a Dutch version of Windows that introduces tiny bizarre programming quirks to everything.
Playing an FPS? All clips only half full.
Typing in Word? All numbers upside down.
Browsing FA? Background goes plaid every 9th page.
Google Search? Half of the results are from an alternate Earth where manatees invaded Brazil back in the 60s.
It's fucking bizarre.

Regarding the upside-down pouch, wombats have those do. In their case its because they are digging animals. If they had a regular pouch they would shovel the dirt right in there. Maybe the reason is similar for Tasmanian tigers.
Of course, while that works in a four-legged shape, in an anthro character that would make for for all sorts of problems.

The downward facing pouch seems a bit odd on an anthro, but otherwise good work. I know that's the orientation on a real one, but since it's lost it's use since they evolved this way, I would think either it would be much smaller than this, or have changed to remain useful. ...Unless it has some feature that allows it to work even when open on the bottom?
