Very pretty. There's something about the aesthetics about this piece that I find really touching. It probably has something to do with the nice warm and cool contrast between the left and the right sides of the picture, with your character right in the middle. He doesn't look too happy, either, all fitted out for riding, sitting there at the edge of the cave and waiting for someone to hop on him for transport. It manages to be cute, sad, comfortable and yet somehow not. I really like the gleam in his eye, like he's not totally broken yet, or has some hope of freedom.
Aesthetically, the color choice here really works to your advantage, with the character standing out nicely from the cave wall behind, and the straps and clothing fitting nicely and naturally against his body. The two-directional shading looks nice, as well, adding to that warm-cold contrast that I mentioned earlier. Overall a very strong, emotional piece. Well done!

Well... yeah, the spelling is "crude" because I named him by the sound but found the spelling from my English-Japanese dictionary.
The time I made the character, I didn't know the way to know the pronounciation.

Having a windea is pretty hard and dangerous but if you like.

I am not seeking for danger that may be a problem,
but i am a windsurfer, it may have some similarities like surfing in stormy weather on a wavy sea, therefore it may be a lot of fun to try :)
