So, ok, once more I swamped myself with a single detailed panel. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

It's correct but many ancient lenguages, alongside with the singular and plural numbers had another one: the dual (ancient greek also had the dual). It indicated precisely two of named things; to be honest in hyerogliph it was used mostly for things that are commonly found in pairs (jrty=the eye, for exaple) but in this case served my needs well
I spent the last 45 minutes reading this comic from start to present, and I must say... best 45 minutes I have ever spent. Really entertaining comic, and one gets to learn a bit about hieroglyphs as well (though that's from someone that doesn't know a thing about reading/pronouncing them, and i could be wrong :P). However, the only dislike I have about this comic is this page right here. You draw the /best/ Anubis on FA, and... and... *motions arms at the wood drawn in front of Anubis*. That's such a tease to do that to the best looking Anubis on this site! It's understandable yeah, but... but... *motions arms at the wood drawn in front of Anubis* (I seriously have no other way to describe that).
Other than that, I can't wait to read more of this comic, and wish you the best of luck with it. ^-^

I seriously doubt that moine is the best Anubis here on FA, there are people who really know how to draw, I just flail the pencil around most of the time, and I'm sorry for your disappointment in this here page but, you see, you really shouldn't be disappointed; Anubis' role in this comic is mostly that of being a tease, if I were to render it more explicit I think it might lose effectiveness. Of sorts.

And I stumbled onto your comic /looking/ at Anubis stuff (whoo never ending boredom, you did something good for once) and out of the dozens upon dozens of Anubis related material there was only (in MY opinion) four or five well-drawn Anubises (Anubi?). Out of those, yours is the best, with wookiee's version following as a close second.
