Here is another commission for deviantsponge45 on deviantART.
This time he asked me to make a painting of the protagonist of his story "Earth - 6250": Khalina, a female grey wolf. This character lives a fantastic world similar to that of Avatar, where she live in a tribe and has to fight against a evil supercomputer, GIM. Anyway, I'm really happy to have made a good work: I was able to make a "real" painting and fortunately I discovered by myself a good and fast trick to make the effect of fur. And I noticed this trick has a "double effect": if you look at it from a distance, it seems there is that effect of brush strokes but if you see it closely you can see the effect of fur. Besides, I am happy for the good tribal tatoo the character have but unfortunately I'm not good to do tatoos (I never did it and I have not a lot of fantasy to create one). I wanted to do also the landscape by myself but I had not a lot of time and so I put as background a photo of an European forest (a little modified by me obviously).
