So this is Vulan's 'real' form, she's actually a dangerous (relatively) member of the Faustus Organization, one of their Commanders and Noir's pet project. A pigtailed, 6'6 kitty nanite powered artificial being. Her memories are changed to believe she's always been this form whenever its activated, though her loyalties to her non-Faustus friends and loved ones don't change, she still protects them and plays with them, even if she's now a lot more serious and professional, as her goofy streak has survived =p
