Behold, the police rendition of Flannigan O'Rourke, a notorious Finnean pirate of the 1820s who eluded capture across 3 continents from the British authorities! Here we see him with his signature "necklace", a horrific memento of the time he was set to be hanged for piracy and treason, only to be saved at the last moment by forces still unknown. Most maintain that Flannigan was saved by the "Devil hisseln" to carry out works of Evil in the mortal world.
