We would absolutely love to have him and all of his band members! I hear specifically that the Baltimore Ponies are looking for a a good drum major to lead their band. It's a very long tradition there to feature a marching band at their games.

I should point out he leads three bands: one is a military-type of band like the U.S. Marine Band, while the second band, his showoffs, do what you'd use at a college football halftime show. His third band is a band of pipes and drums.
