A simply scrumptious cake from !

another strange recipe from an IKEA cookbook i altered it a tiny bit becvause i didn't have pre-packaged chocolate flavored powdered sugar
really simple

you will need

7 oz semi sweet chocolate
7 oz butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
about 25 butter flavored tea biscuits i used Goya brand "Maria" cookies

you will notice that this recipe contains eggs and is not baked as such it is extremely important that your eggs are extremely fresh

line a loaf pan with plastic wrap

combine eggs powdered sugar and coca in a mixer and mix on high untill light and airy

meanwhile melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler

add chocolate to egg mixture

spread a thin layer of batter in the pan followed by a layer of cookies. (it is ok if they overlap

alternate layers of cookies and batter making sure the final layer is batter

refrigerate an hour before serving

WARNING: this cake MUST be refrigerated DO NOT leave out at room temp.
