Tor doesn't seem to have a dirty mind. Trouble with bathing and piranhas, but not a dirty mind. And definitely more interested in teleportation than being nude.
Silver on the other hand is just a tad more careful. Either evading being seen nude, or having someone else hide it (Tor... So maybe not so clean.), only time her furry breasts were exposed was accidental!
