Ventus, co-owned by me and http://sir-kuma.deviantart.com/ , is a shapeshifting Irish girl who's one of Li's closest friends and occasional lover too, though she's been around :P Her odd appearence is the result of her shapeshifting powers via becoming amorphous goo and forming into things, she has a large number of tricks and can also manipulate wind.
Originally she was villainous, being a spoilt brat who seduced people to do her dirty work for her, but has since changed her ways and is now one of the most kind and loving people you could meet.
