Yes it is, and I would not recommend it at all. It's been nothing but trouble and the LED lights on it suck. I wish I looked into it more before buying it. ;_;

Well I can say I am extremely happy with my wacom. Its the 22hd one. I had to replace the stand it came with, but it was all worth it. I can say much about the surface pro. I haven't had any oprotunitys to use that one. And I didnt go with the 24hd cause it was slightly more then what my budget aloud. Plus I feel its just a little too big and heavy.
