Captive PT 1 (with story)
Something I did to get back into the swing of things~
- - -
The colonists never saw it coming.
A-7001 was one of the few fertile planets on this part of the ever growing Frontier. Lush vegetation covered much of the planet, a thriving echo system and massive array of underground metal deposits made it a prime target for settler corporations. With an abundance of psi-responsive minerals buried deep within the ground, Eternity Mining were quick to lay claim and set up shop. Suddenly mining plants and foresting units were blooming across the land like infected scabs leaving nothing but dirt and waste in their wake.
This wasn't a real concern for Cassie. The doe communications officer was far too preoccupied with her work and the prospect of a fat paycheck for Frontier business. She would however come to feel the consequences of her decisions...
- - -
The 'invasion' began at six in the morning. Those on duty atop the colony's walls heard a horrendous buzzing sound, the sickly sonnet of millions of bugs closing in on them. It's said the sky turned dark with the bloated bodies of millions upon millions of wasp-like creatures, each as big as a person. With only a tiny part of the company's budget going to defence, they were quickly overwhelmed. Across the world hundreds of people lost their lives at the end of vicious stingers or between gnashing mandibles.
Cassie did not.
She woke up to the sound of sirens, some poor soul had managed to flip the base defence alarms and her personal quarters were painted in flashing red lights. It was a horrifying way to see her room, red light bouncing off of the pictures of family members that sat upon her over cluttered desk. Sitting bolt upright in bed Cassie quickly swung her legs over one side and pulled on the closest pants she could find. The plump doe cursed, not for the first time, her wide hips and tubby stomach as she struggled with the button of her jeans only to clasp it as she was about to give up. She might not have really had to worry about clothes but in reality the simple act of getting dressed was enough to help her swallow the fear that was rising like bile in her throat. Tugging her communications link into her ear she held her breath and waited for orders. An evacuation plan. Anything.
Cassie was met with silence. She ran across to the door, forsaking shoes for a chance to learn more about what was going on. As the futuristic metallic door slid up into the roof with a 'shrrrp' Cassie discovered two things. The first was that the halls were filled with the sickly buzzing of man-sized insects. The second was that one of those man-sized insects was hovering feet from the door. It felt like her heart had jumped through her chest and with a scream of shock, Cassie leaped for the door switch. As her fingers pressed down on the giant 'lock' button the chubby doe felt herself pushed backwards by powerful chitinous legs. Landing roughly on the ground, the wind knocked out of her lungs, Cassie clutched her gut and gasped for air. She vaguely recognised the shadow of the huge insect as it fell across her, looking up in blind panic to see a wad of gross looking yellow goop being regurgitated between its mandibles before being shot out at high speeds towards her. The yellow goop hit her square on the face, between that and the second impact as the back of her skull hit the ground again she blacked out.
- - -
The buzzing was still there as Cassie slowly dragged herself back to consciousness. When she was aware enough to hear it, she realised it wasn't as invasive as the first time she heard it. Now it was more relaxed. Almost 'normal', though her mind refused to budge entirely to the idea. Her eyelids were heavy and her skull was throbbing with pain but slowly she forced her eyes open. She was hanging somewhere, by the sense of gravity and the constraints on her wrists. Not the colony, that's for sure. The world was a burst of yellow-orange colour. That's all there was. No plasteel chairs, no duracrete walls, nothing. Dimly Cassie realised that the same yellow-orange goop that was holding her wrists above her head made up the entire cavernous room in which she was suspended. For lack of any better description she was being held hostage in a giant hive.
The insects crawled across the walls, bloated and wobbling like slugs as they spewed sick yellow goo into new structures or to plug the holes in the old. Others yet flew here and there with captives, furs like her who were in the process of being transported or being bound to the wall like part of the infrastructure. There were none very close to her yet she could still her the wailing of others in the distance, begging for mercy or just lost in despair. Up above vicious looking sentries kept a careful watch, what dull light shone through from holes above reflected off their stingers. Here or there giant orange blobs littered the cavern, Cassie took notice of them because they seemed a messy contrast to the otherwise very ordered construction of the hive. They looked like clear-skinned orange jello filled water balloons, wobbling and jiggling whenever anything brushed against them. The worker insects were busy herding them in as much as they were the other captives. She could only guess at why.
- - -
Pleading with her captors did Cassie as much good as it did any of the other hundred or so souls who cried out desperately for mercy. As she hung there, unable to free herself from her sticky constraints, Cassie thought she heard it all. Husbands who feared they would leave their children without food. Women who were engaged to marry next month and others... others who simply didn't want to die. Cassie certainly didn't want to die. Like many who find a life in the Frontier she didn't have things good back in the core systems but she still had a lot to do! She'd never had a lasting relationship, for example. The doe tried not to think of the things she was going to miss out on, there was a well of despair inside her and it was all too easy to draw from. She passed the time listening to the stories of others and trying to cheer them up when she could. Shouting was discouraged and anyone who was particularly loud found themselves at the business end of a stinger or mandibles but that didn't stop many.
Curiously enough though Cassie found that she wasn't the only observer. Some of the insects showed particular interest in their new captives, hovering about them and observing intently. They didn't seem to look particularly hungry, as far as she could see they ate the orange goo when they had to eat anything, no, the insects seemed more curious. She was reminded briefly of her only visit to a zoo, standing around with the other gawking tourists. Cassie kept waiting to see what would happen to them, what would happen to her but so far... so far all she was doing was listening to the crying of the other captives.
- - -
One of the massive, orange filled waterballoon-like things was being rolled towards Cassie. She didn't like it at all. It was the first time that anything in the hive had shown her attention beyond remote interest and the doe couldn't help but feel a little bit panicky at the thought of what it might entail. Did they mean to drown her in the stuff? Did they mean to bury her alive? She squirmed and tugged furiously at her restraints but they didn't budge an inch. A cursory glance showed that each of the captives were being presented by one of the orange jello balloons. A sense of dread rose in her.
One by one the 'balloons' membrane was cut open, the jello inside spilling out. It smelled vaguely of fruit and vaguely of honey. Were Cassie anywhere else she might have taken the opportunity to relish the scent. As it is, she had a hard time repressing the squeak of fear as the jello lurched and moved by itself. Gasping and tugging once more at her restraints, Cassie watched the thing start to slowly wriggle its way towards her as though it were alive. Impossible! Absolutely impossible! She'd never seen anything like it, she'd never wanted to see anything like it. She felt its cool body press against hers, felt the slimy sensation of it pushing up her chest, sliding over her breasts and as she gasped - into her mouth.
Cassie bit down and screamed but it was too late. The jello was already in and her mouth was forced wide open as it pushed itself down her throat. She gagged and coughed, retching in a futile attempt to vomit but nothing seemed to work. What /could/ work against something that was feeding itself to you? It was little consolation that the taste of the jello was nothing short of divine. A beautiful blend of fruit and honey but like no honey she'd ever tasted on the core worlds. Nothing processed by a factory could be this perfect. Squirming and still trying to fight it, no matter how useless, Cassie saw out of the corner of her eyes that the other captives were faring no better. Each of them had a slimy tendril of honey-jello snaking into their mouths, each of them being force fed. Tears started to well up in her eyes as she her stomach begin to stretch. She felt so... so violated. Groaning, squirming, writhing, her only consolation was that if the jello kept this up she would be burst in a matter of minutes. Maybe it would be better then... better then this!
Her tears streaked down her cheeks and just when she thought she couldn't take any more the jello tendril retracted, leaving its taste to coat her mouth and sore throat. Cassie's stomach felt like an overfull balloon. As though if she were to move even a little bit she'd split down the sides. She whimpered pitifully, unable to keep from crying.
- - -
The captive doe would come to find it was a daily ritual in the hive. Every day, shortly after the captives woke up, the honey blobs in front of them would stretch out and begin to force them full again. Every day Cassie cried and screamed and tugged at her restraints and got nowhere. Every day she felt herself bloat a little fuller, felt her stomach stretch a little more. After she was fed she was given a few hours to digest and then the blob would stretch forth into her once again.
Cassie looked down at herself, jello drool dripping from her messy chin onto her shirt. How fat had she gotten since she arrived?! She could no longer see her feet past her bloated, orange tinted stomach. Groaning, the doe realised it was the honey she could see through her own flesh she was so full. Her arms were thicker, her legs plumper, her shirt threatening to tear it was so strained over her swollen stomach. Every day she prayed that a rescue team would storm the hive and save them and every day she would be disappointed. Now Cassie just hoped that she wouldn't be too fat to move when she was saved...
- - -
The sound of creaking flesh brought Cassie back to the horrendous reality before her. She'd lost track of how long the tentacle of jello had been pumping down her throat. The seconds had turned into minutes that had turned into hours. Even her cheeks bulged and stretched, like she was smuggling grapefruit inside each of them. Around the first hour she'd passed out, the pain in her stomach too much to bare but evidentially the pumping had continued without her consciousness. She could feel herself growing, stretched out around the huge mass of slime inside of her. She felt like a fur balloon, looking down to see a massive, taut, quivering stomach that pushed out in front of her. To her horror her entire stomach was almost completely orange, transparent or just discoloured from the disgustingly large amount of jello within her, she didn't want to know.
Pushing against her second chin Cassie assessed the damage like the someone looking at a train wreck. No matter what the news was it wouldn't be good. First and most obvious, she could feel her stomach bulging out until she looked pregnant with quadruplets. It quivered and jiggled with every pump of the jello, growing out a little more each time. Sitting atop that massive, bloated balloon of a gut her breasts had grown plumper as she did. Currently they were the only thing her shirt could contain and she didn't want to think about how soon it would be before it was forced to give up on even them. She couldn't see her legs and feet past her massive gut but she could feel her thighs rubbing together, almost down to the knees. Either side of her Cassie's arms were much more soft and flabby then they had been when she got here, she gave another tug on her restraints but had long ago given up hope of breaking them. Another large mouthful forced its way down her throat and in a wave of pain Cassie lost consciousness. Perhaps today would be the day that she popped...
- - -
Cassie was almost used to waking up to the sound of buzzing. With her erratic sleep cycle she wasn't entirely sure how many days had passed since she was captured but felt confident it couldn't be more then a week. She was aware that every time she woke up she felt heavier. The weight on her wrists was more and more, they were starting to get really sore. Yawning lazily, she opened her eyes slowly, not particularly eager to see what had been done to her body during her sleep. Unfortunately for Cassie, she didn't have much choice. Her stomach was now simply massive. It reached feet in front of her and hung down to her legs, doughy and jiggling with every slightest movement. What was even more worrying (if anything could be!) was the fact that it now seemed permanently tinged orange. She whimpered softly to herself, disgusted with what she'd become. All of that slime had digested, leaving her a massive 500lb+ doe. She wondered if life would ever get back to normal. If, when she was rescued, she'd ever be able to take up a job again.
Shifting, Cassie felt moist spots where her nipples were on the scraps of her shirt. She couldn't really inspect them bound as she was but to her horror she could see the same predicament in the other captives bound around her. Hundreds of furs lined the walls of the cavern, each one bloated beyond all recognition of what they once were. Each one weighing over 500lb, some even stretched to double of that. Cassie realised as she stared into the faces of the other captives, all drooling a sickly orange sludge, that she too was drooling the same substance. The other females and her were also lactating it... what had they done to her?! Everyone looked so zoned out, some were being fed, some were passed out, others were simply waiting for their massive guts to digest the meal they'd been force-fed. Each and every fur around her, whether they be lizard, dragon, fox or crow were tinted the same orange colour she was. She licked some of the orange drool from her lips and groaned as she tasted that same honey-fruit combination she'd come to hate. It was the only thing she'd tasted for days. Maybe the only thing she'd ever taste again.

Ooh, this is a nice piece and I love the style, its very animated~ Not to mention adorable and the science fiction route with the story is absolutely amazing, so this is one of the things you've been working on hrm~? Would certainly make an interesting expanded universe for sure. >u> You have to keep up the good work Jenny, this was an excellent read and I'm quite looking forward to seeing more, no pressure though, you work just as fast as you need to and I'm sure things will turn out fat, er, great, I meant great.
You put a lot of thought into these stories and it really shows her, you could really build yourself up a wonderful setting, and I can't wait to see how Cassie swells up in the future~<3
