My costume inspired by Jackson Lake from the David Tennant era episode "The Next Doctor".
Photo was taken at Marcon 2014. The vest is not uneven, it was just pulled to one side when I put the coat on (really wish the photographer had mentioned this to me...)

Ah, well, thanks :) The character in question was played by David Morrisey, the actor better known as The Governor from Walking Dead. In the Doctor Who episode, he's a Victorian professor who's come to mistakenly believe himself to be The Doctor.
