From 1993's Gosei Sentai Dairanger, here's Ryuuranger, Ryo Tenkasei, or "Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star" if Ranger Wiki is anything to go by. His series followed after 1992's Zyuranger, and is the series that gave us the Thunder Zords and the White Ranger, known in their series as Kibaranger, Kou Hoshinsei, or "Kou of the Howling New Star."

I admittedly haven't watched a lot of Dairanger beyond the first 10 or so episodes, but it's a nifty series, if more than a little bizarre, and the suits and theme song are pretty cool! Ryuuranger came with a nice assortment of weapons and extra hands, and even has a bonus in an alternative helmet and chest emblem, turning him into China Red of "Chukuu Sentai Chinaman," the rumored original proposed name for Dairanger as noted in season two of Unofficial Sentai Akibaranger!
