Maybe it's not her but I remember how O-ha died. It was so sudden but I guess she just too old, she lived a good life.
But I feel bad Camio is all alone now.
And that's how the story end.

I don't want sound like story-accurate crazed fans but O-ha lost an ear. It couldn't be her, honestly, I hope it's not her because it's too sad see her like this not matter how peaceful she died.

Its just.. When i was drawing the illustrations, it was after 2 years when I read this book

She lost it in that one last fight with that big bad dog.

I just it's been 7 years since I last read it, I guess I still remember most parts.

Very good book, he has also writen a book with wolves and a book with hares. And three with weasels. Very friendly British author who enjoys getting fan mail.
