This is Yuke. A Male T-Stalker.

In his day to day life, he is a typical Talyxian Stalker individual which has taken a strong interest in human culture, behavior, society and their ecology. Even going as far as admiring their form.

In the art piece posted, he is wearing clothes. These clothes were not an acquisition made by himself, rather a neighbor, an Agudner girl, gave him the clothes because she thought him too bare, thinking : "Poor naked cat..".

It is unknown whether or not there is a causal relationship between this event and the way that Yuke has become interested in humans, but he has cherished those clothes ever since.

In the context of Vilous, the word "Human" refers to Eltus races including Sergals, Agudners and Nevreans. Similar to how they refer to T-Stalker as "Tal's Cat", they are referred to as "Tal's human".
