Grey felt and bias tape, blue lining and ribbon/bow. Depressed top and oval brim approx 15.5"x13". Entire hat is approx. 7.5 inches in height.

Colors were chosen by my friend -- he needed a top hat to go with the Victorian-style suit he plans to wear at his wedding. I'll be making a similar hat, though with a red lining/ribbon, for another friend in the near future (after I finish up the practice muslin for someone else's Game of Thrones (Petyr Baelish) inspired robe)
